The exclusive amenities at this hotel were extraordinary. the spa & wellness centre provide top-notch beauty treatments, including make up services, manicure and pedicure. the indoor swimming pool was a fantastic experience with its umbrella assist.

Great location next to Central Park and close to Times Square. Amazing view from the top of the building. Must-try burgers and shakes at the Burger Joint in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with a comfy bed. Huge gym with a wide range of equipment. Pool with amazing views.

The hotel was clean and spacious, with excellent staff who provided prompt room service. They were friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The amenities were great, especially the complimentary gym classes and the rooftop pool and lounge area. The location was fantastic, as it was a short walk away from Central Park and Times Square. This made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the city during our Christmas stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the bar was a bit dark, making it less inviting for a relaxing drink.

I had a really really nice experience here, everything was perfect, the location was incredible very close to Bryant Park, restaurants, Central Park and 5th ave. I was met by attentive and helpful staff at the lobby. The room was new-fashioned and fashionable with two twin beds, I had a good rest. There was lots of food for breakfast, including fruit, pastries and yogurt.

Accommodating staff, reasonably clean and exceptional hotel. Fashionable unit with a modern decor. We liked excellent service offered. The pool area was nice too.

The pool was a highlight of our stay, staying open until 10pm and with perfectly warm water. The view of Central Park from the hotel was fine, and it added to the overall tranquility of the environment. the staff at the hotel were very cute and made us feel at home.

We found that the room design felt outdated and could use some updating. It gave off more of a business hotel near an airport vibe, a bit disappointing.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the theatre district and close to all the interesting landmarks in Midtown. It was so convenient being within walking distance of Times Square and Central Park. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating to our needs. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options offered in the restaurant. the hotel provided us with a great experience and made our stay in the city even more enjoyable.

And of course, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food at Norma's restaurant. we would highly recommend Thompson for a nice experience in New York.

This hotel is close to some of the best tourist spots in the city and is in a very convenient area of the entertainment district. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly and efficient.
